Valley Church exists to nurture people who will passionately love God, genuinely love others and participate in making disciples of all nations.

As an expression of this mission, we have recently changed the name of our High School Ministry to REMIX - a word and acronym designed to help keep us focused on who we are and why we exist.  Come allow God to REMIX your life with us!

REMIX: (v.) "to change or alter from a previous state of existence"

We exist to RESCUE students with God's Gospel, ENGAGE them with God's family, MENTOR them with God's truth, INVOLVE them with God's work and help them to eXPRESS their love for God in all of life.

RESCUE reminds us of the first of our five primary purposes, which is Evangelism. Our aim is to proclaim, by our lives and words, that Jesus has come to RESCUE anyone who will trust Him.

ENGAGE reminds us of our second purpose of Fellowship. Our goal is that each student would be ENGAGED in authentic, loving relationships with other Christ-followers.

MENTOR is our word for Discipleship, the third reason we exist. We aim to provide loving, relationally-centered guidance through a mentoring process that will equip, inspire and empower students to become fully devoted disciples.

INVOLVE reminds us of our fourth purpose – Ministry. We desire to INVOLVE students in service through developing a passion for using their spiritual gifts to build up the Body of Christ and to serve a world in need of His love.

EXPRESS reminds us of our fifth purpose – that of Worship. We believe that worship of God is both rational and relational – and that the supreme goal of life is to EXPRESS our love for God in the way we think, speak and act.
